Tablet. I find working is far more efficient/faster with the pen. However in Indesign I switch back to mouse. More accurate for the fine typography.

only when i need illustrative details do i use the pen, but the mouse can be a bit more relaxing.

FWIW, tablets are also really cool to use with RTS games.
FPSes, though, not so much. :P

I have the same Wacom for 8 years, I've rarely used the mouse until one year ago, then the scroll stop working, now I just use the pen...

I use both almost simultaneously. I actually have uses for all 3 things on my laptop - Wacom pad (external) for things requiring touch sensitivity and precision, touch-screen for general quick retouching and mouse for selecting menu items.
It's a weird mish-mash but I find it pretty comfortable to use all three.

wacom all day everyday. only gripe i have is i wish there was a quick key to toggle pressure sensitivity. or maybe there is and i haven't found it.

Got myself an Intuos4 Small about a week ago and I'm loving it.
I don't use the express keys since I'm on my macbook and just use the keyboard commands for those.

Wacom. Using a mouse is like trying to paint with a brick.

Wacom tablet and pen for Photoshop.
Everything else, mouse is better.

For my 1st computer, i bought the biggest wacom, which was soon obsolete because i got a mac with USB instead of ADB ports. So I bought a smaller one and... i found out I like the smaller one better anyway. It's all I use, don't like a mouse

i use both regularly.

Web designers who insist on using Wacoms 24/7 make me lol so much.
Worked in a studio once where they would all be trying to drag little buttons around and missing 30% of the time because they were using wacoms. You design fucking e-commerce, stop pretending you are an artist.

since using the tablet I haven't gone back, no rsi
- No RSI being the big thing for me, too. Feels a lot more natural.Continuity
- Yeah, my hand and wrist stay relaxedali
