say what you will, this app is amazing for the iphone. Anyone found something comparable for a PSD filter?

don't know of a plugin, but if you search for retro photoshop actions you'll find tons of stuff

Ctrl+Alt+⇧Shift+talent

^ your responses are so predictable they're not necessary. If i was trying to do this for an ad I'd use talent and bill the hours. If i want to process 20 photos of my kid to look interesting I'll take a quick fix. Thank you for taking 4 seconds away from the mirror wanking it to respond.
- you shouldn't let people get to you so easily.bigtrick
- you clearly shouldn't read qbn. your life will become hell rapidly.mydo
- yeh true comments, this place isnt very friendly...most of the time, but its all good!Hombre_Lobo
- it's friendly. just gota have a sense of humour and ignore the idiots.mydo
- no offence to idiots himself though.mydo
- your kid will never look interestingPIZZA

there are definitely plugins for PS, but I like the hipsta comes out too.

I hate it

the app is no more of a pose to photography than the Polaroid machines you seek out at flea markets

there is a fun little app called Poladroid, free download , try it

the effect's a little too much for me. i prefer the crossprocess app.
- Atkinson0
too much for me too, crossprocess app is better. I think if you want that effect then pick up a £2 camera at a junk shop and use it.

I can't make it past the name
- scarabin0
just bought it, pretty fun little app.

I like it, but I tend to use CrossProcess and ShakeItPhoto more, as the effects are not as heavy.

I was a lomo fiend for years. have chosen to forget how much money i spent trying to cross process expensive slide film to get good photos.
after all that time I think on the whole, hipstamatic is better than the real thing. if a little blurry and low res.
would be great to have the whole hipstamatic set as a download for PS.. maybe you could suggest.but then that would be cheating!
- couldn't agree more, I've also got Diana's , Lomo's and have spent years buying expensive film and more time and money getting film processed and crossprocessed - all to have missed the shot... Don't get me wrong I'd still use my Diana.. But to have this app on an iPhone is not a bad thing...ejectstudio

Camerabag has a Mac application.
- Thx. This is exactly what I was thinking about. I hope Hipsta or CP will come out with similar apps.alwaysrare
