Internet? nah man..
The best way is to travel to an english speaking country.
You have to exercise speech in real situations or is not going to be as effective.If this is not an option, you should try hooking up with english speaking tourists in your area.
PS: If Rosetta Stone works so well, how come you never hear the people in their commercials say a single word in the language they say they dominated so well?
