What are your really useful apps? Not CS5 or another browser or something, rather little thingies to make daily workflow easier
I use http://www.clipmenu.com/ all the time, saves tons of time with copy/pasting
http://vibealicious.com/apps/not… will let you view/answer/delete/mark as read emails from the menubarTimer Utility http://jrproductions.no-ip.org/T… for all kinds of timer needs obviously
http://www.newsfirerss.com/ for feeds
http://lightheadsw.com/remember/… is probably kickass for to-do lists, but I'm still on Leopard, so using to-do widget atm.
Formulate Pro to add notes and fill out forms in PDFs when I'm lazy
What are yours?

I was hoping to get you a list, but I realize I hardly use any 3rd party software outside of the Adobe Creative Suite. For FTP access I use Cyberduck (but I hear Transmit is also nice). Otherwise, OS X is solid and comes with a bunch of nifty apps. One of my favorite is the DigitalColor Meter (in the Utilities folder).
- +1 for transmit
doesnotexist - Cyberduck sucks... Get transmit.non

I always use the Calculator, and the Dictionary. I especially like the thesaurus function in the dictionary when I need to whip out an impressive word after too many beers.
