june and july the weather will be crap. You need to head as north as you can. Buzios in Brazil or Florianopolis are great...

Another great beach was the Beaches near Valparaiso and Vina Del Mar are great. Valparaiso is a very cool place.

the city of Natal, in Rio Grande do Norte, is a superb place as well, you'll love the "Dunas"

@sea_sea winter is only in the deep south, if you go to Colombia or Venezuela in the caribbean sea it's perpetual summer all year long
