It's not going to be viewable on an iPad.
- This is very important.iheartfun
- very true...very truewakeupdinasaurs
- ill make a ipad version lol jk. I'm not banking on an employer checking my website out on his ipad...but it is importantwakeupdinasaurs
- I probably do half of my surfing on an iPhone. Won't work there, either. It's also invisible to search engines.wmeredith

your fonts. anti-alias them!
da goggles, they do nothing!

the pulsing icons (FB, Twitter)... please make it stop. When I mouse over resume I see all sorts of weird artifacts.
... I would just back up and look at the grid and some basic graphic design/layout/IA principles. USe of space on the animations page (for exmaple) is all over the place.
It doesn't feel like a consistent site in many ways. Hope that helps a tiny bit.

in addition to what others have said, it's a lot of interface and the work is not as prominent as i'd like it to be. in other words, the site is so "heavy" that it overwhelms anything you're trying to show.

roll overs aren't working well.
the images for the "Quick links" doesn't seem to fit in, and its all a bit large.
I would just scale it back and keep it simple.

I don't like the idea of having a popup on rollover.

I haven't seen a site like that since I was a Flashkit.com design moderator back in 2000 - 2002!
- < hahaha yeah! I used to fuck around with AVERSION back than..sureshot

Reviewing your work, I think motion graphics may be your stronger point. What do you feel your focus is?
- Advertisement, Commercial work I would say for the moment. Why do u ask? thanks for checkn it outwakeupdinasaurs

I'd ask why you made it in Flash... I haven't seen great flash usage in the site, plus it's causing render and text issues. If you want to stick with flash I agree on the above typography comment.

Not saying the sites on here are the absolute best, but it does sort of give you an idea of what a portfolio site looks like in 2010.
I mean what do you think dinasaurs, do you think your site looks good? To me, it looks so dated that it's hard to comment on too many individual issues.
- Its ALL flash,All i know to use when it comes to site building. I obviously love it...um and as long as it serves it purpose im happy. Agreed though, an archaic method for site building.wakeupdinasaurs

- Lose the Quick links, the hover image preview does not work for me
- I don't know if you have enough work to warrant sections, let me see your strongest work first (imo your animations) then if I'm interested I will dig deeper.
- Lose the quotes, they seem try-hard to me and unnecessary
- Site lacks any kind of balance, use a grid
- Be consistent. You have a ton of different image sizes for your work. Same goes for your type. Pick a style and stick to it.
- Don't care for the blinking icons

Teleport yourself back to 1995 and you'll be fine.

personally, i think the content would be better served on a one-pager style, using straight html and css.
unless you're talking about a commercial game, the days of all-flash sites are long gone.
just my opinion.

I'm with SteveJobs. Everything on that page could be shown on a simple single page site. And that page shouldn't be in Flash. Anything else screams amateur.
Lose all the drop shadows/glowing effects/roll overs. They look extremely dated. Lose the social networking links, as they also look very amateur.

pretty cool
- cannonball19780
it looks like you designed it in flash on the fly
