We're getting closer.
The Lib Dems are getting my vote - under no circumstances do I want a Tory government. The thought makes me a bit sick.

i'm getting really tired of Camerons "big society" schtick.
he's sounding like those tea-bagger, small government dickwads.

In answer to your question. lowimpakt - I imagine Labour are the 'best' choice for creative industries, for the following reasons:
- Socialist governments spend a fuckload on self-advertising. The government has the single biggest ad spend in the UK ( http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/… ).
- Creatives are often left-leaning liberals, gleeful to tack on their veneer to ostensibly positive effect. Witness Obama's ascension, clothed in tightly-produced visual propoganda reminiscent of the early Soviet Union.
- None of it matters anyway. 'Creative' in Britain blossomed in the 80s, under Thatcher, then went nuclear from the 90s onward.
