Is there any special process to print on a clear bag? I was told that all graphic must have white printed first before the colour.
Is this true?

I've created artwork before for plastic bag printing (bird feed amongst other sh1t). We always supply illy files to the repro house as it can get quite technical. (bleed, chocke, trap etc) 4 col process images should be adjusted too I think.

You only need the white if you want the color to be "primed." Printing inks directly onto clear bags can produce desirable results, including partial transparency. It really depends on the process.

Ahhh ok thanks.
I believe the client wants is non transparent look.
So using white will make it looked primed. Thanks again!

i highly recommend the white. otherwise your colors will look significantly washed out.
