****BRILLIANT IDEA ALERT******
I wish there was a way to hook up an ipad to the mac and use it as the input device.

does the touch screen allow for stylus type tools? i don't think fingers are enough for more complicated apps where you've got all kinds of option buttons controlling the menus, and pixel level control is needed..

Fingers are fine if you aren't doing anything precise. The mouse may die, but it'll be replaced with a stylus of some sort.

the real question is who needs a monitor or blue tooth when it's built inside your head by organic, time delayed, absorbed by the body nanobots

I believe in something like a multi-touch mousepad.

There's hybrid displays coming that will allow both finger and stylus interaction at once. I've tried a demo... moving, rotating and scaling a sketch with my fingers at the same time as sketching with a pen (with normal Wacom pressure sensitivity), all on one screen. I want this...

predictive text is brilliant... the word predictive doesn't even exist with my full keyboard, i wouldn't mind typing with T9 on a 10 key

They should make stylus's that are built into your fingertips so you can get more precise control. What if a guy has thick fingers or has no fingers?
