I had the privilege of eating this delicious Pacu fish from the Amazon when i was travelling in Bolivia some months back. The omnivorous fish has teeth that look uncannily like human teeth.
A restaurant here in Sacramento just opened which serves Pacu! Freshwater farmed in Brazil. They slather it with bbq sauce and serve it as "fish ribs" and it's fucking amazing.
