how's the screen compared to the iPhone one? I read that they're physically about the same size, but the "nexus one" one has a 2.5x bigger resolution. that's like 400ppi!

Camera:
Very good. Lots of options on both Video and Still. You also dont get that jerky screen with iPhone when you are in the shooting mode viewing preview.

Memory:
Sucks. 4gig total with 194mb for apps only but it does have SD card insert which is in the battery area.

A huge thing to take into account is that there are going to be multiple google phones. This is the first stab. I really like my iPhone, but some competition to Apple is going to be great for everyone. Apple is going to have to add some features and rethink not being unlocked.
