If not a redesign then please address and fix the following issues:
• Page Loading Problem, often times out for the last year
• Use correct timezone in threads
• Make the Search/Filter functional

Filter is near useless right now. it feels like it only searches thread title, not content. Should be upgraded to include options for text from article, comments, notes, etc.
a 'recent posts' feature in profile would be nice. eg: responses and notes in threads other than those that you authored.

How about beeing redirected to the last page thread instead of the first when you click a topic...or a button for it...always annoyed me..

Favorite thread options would be nice too.
You know, you can select your personal fav threads and then you can access them fastly because they are slightly highlighted and always at the top of all the other thread.. or something else.
