Don't want to partition, Bootcamp etc.Any recommendations?

i bought a second hand dell xp laptop from some dodgy looking computer shop round the corner from me and it works a treat. runs ie6. chrome, opera and ff. all you need

Dell is shit and at this time a year may not deliver in any sort of a speedy fashion. Grab a Toshiba or Acer at the local shop on sale (it is boxing week in Canada). Find a model you like then check a couple online reviews.
IMO Dells look good on paper, but its a crap shoot. Often they are slower than comparable systems and the components they use change as supplies do, so you can get a good build, or a shit build depending on timing. Horrible Indian outsourced service as well.
