Did your complimentary AppleCare end?
That's probably the reason why.

It's quite normal, from time to time the app doesn't see airports. Have you tried turning it off and on again? Both of them, actually.

I just had them replace my iphone. After only 6 months battery was dying in half a day with little use. They were nice about it, but took me 3 genius bar appointments over 6 months to get them to listen to "battery is dying to fast". Sort of lame, but in the end, I'm not sure T-mobile or someone else would replace it with a new phone.
I don't think there products scale to their image as they get larger, but as long as they keep replacing stuff, it's pretty much ok with me (as long as I back up my stuff).
- yeah, as Apple gets bigger i dont think they can offer as much quality or service as b4 ;(jonturi
- except they've defied that rule again, and again, and again...their service gets better insteadmonospaced

oh, my logic board on my MacBookPro died as well... 300 to fix through Apple. So, in the end, products are ~50% on the replace factor for me. MBP + iPhone = fixed, MBP + MBA = fine so far.

Yeah, went to the Apple Store to have my iPhone replaced (still under AppleCare), guy spent two milliseconds glancing at it and said it was void. He refused to give an explanation and proceeded me to the Bar queue.
