Nice work and website, congrats!

nicely done. great work.

Very nice.
The main nav is a bit confusing at first. Maybe you can show it initially, then fade out after a couple of seconds? a tad darker shade would benefit readability.
I'm not sure hiding project info behind the little circle is going to be very intuitive... I like the overlay though. Advancing the project pages with a click of the image would be nice.
The logos section feels a bit unloved as there's not much to look at. it would be great to see application paired with each logo. Even if it's not your production work (just credit as necessary)
Web work feels a bit out of order. David Riley, and Mathew Morgan Photo really caught my eye; however, the Universal Studios logo on David Riley Associates coverpage distracts from a great design. maybe switch that for something more low-key?
really nice work though, very low key.

I dig how the interface is invisible at first. I didn't get the circle for more info at all though. Other than that it looks quite nice

Nice job - definite improvement on the initial one you posted.
Having said that, I wish you had styled the type for the rest of the site closer to the way it is in the resume section. It's nice, clean and bold, and that seems to be missing in the captions for the portfolio.
Your logo also feels a bit off. I think it's a little too big and the kerning between the Y and the A is too tight IMHO. Can't escape the impression that it might look better in a more geometric face, since that is the only time we see that typeface on the entire site.

Which jquery plugin are you using for your galleries? gallery.min.js...

Awesome work!

I'm just saying....listing yourself as a creative director for a logo design is kind of weird...senior designer will suffice and if they care they will see you contracted the project personally. Correct me if I am wrong here please.
- duhsign0
and if your projects your listing as ryan curier design/creative director are school projects.....welllllll....uhm, yeah, maybe not go there. any intelligent creative director, the dudes who will be interviewing you before you score that sweet agency job, will sniff that out in a heart beat and from there on out your at their mercy and in most cses it will not be pretty. but if you really have a design studio and thats all real work, like your camera, colgne and mp3 glove, than great for you and rock on...fyi though your not a creative director unless you have about 7-10 years experience and are actively directing art directors, copywriters and senior designers in the execution of national/globally recognized brands creative campaigns. throwing out big claims makes you look pretty fresh. but again, if I am in the wrong on that just ignore me.

thanks to all with your comments... very nice to hear and thanks for your time and efforts to review and give feedback... I appreciate it.
ukit- thanks! and have taken your suggestion.
duhsign- thanks for the feedback and have made those changes, I had those labels as placeholders for the time being... and although you are right about some of the Creative Director description for a standard 7-10 years experience... but the fact that you can't be a CD with less than 7-10 years and on anything other than national/globally recognized brands isn't quite true. JMO, but not to come off rude I do thank you for your feedback, point taken.

maliah- I graduated from LCAD in 04-05 year. How bout you? and thanks for the compliments!
- I was there 03-07. And after seeing your port site, I believe I remember your mug... always in the big studio, laptop, black frames, sandy hair, and converse.maliah
- frames, sandy hair, and converse?maliah
- Think you have the wrong person... but its cool. I was always sandals, brown hair. no glasses at the time.rycur

Dig the site but have some feedback.
- Don't dig the whole nav area. Hiding it when your mouse isn't in that area isn't serving a purpose. Plus, it looks like it's cramped up in the corner. Don't like how it's using a gray backing. If you are to keep it, maybe make it black and invert the logo.
- Not crazy how you're using the Safari browser skin for the web work. I understand that it's "web" but don't think you need to add that. Plus it's an overused effect like putting it inside of an iMac or MacBook.
- Need a Back To Top button, especially when you View All.
- If I were you, I'd include a PDF of your resume (if you're looking).

Thanks for all the feedback.
