i think i have damaged my right shin. i can hardly walk this morning. dammit. no excuses tho, gonna take a day off and try pull one out the hat tomorrow.

hey vector where do you live again? it seems like no matter how late i post a run, you always seem to post a run later. I have been running some days early in the am., some days in the mid afternoon, and then even some days as late as 9pm...yet, no matter when i post a run, you seem to post one after mine. you still holding on to those uploads?

it's weird, some days the run feels great and to knock out 8 miles is no problem...then other days, it becomes tough to run 3! there really isn't a rhyme or reason to it either. lately i have felt like my best runs are at night, when i have all day to kind of psyche myself up...but i'm not sure if this is really the case. fuck knows.

hmmf... my calves are hurting. i'm only able to run 3km at a time. my usual icing and voltaren doesn't seem to be doing the trick this time. anyone have any tips?

1. go to your local running store and make sure you have the proper running shoes.
2. make sure to do calf raises (3x a week) and stretching (daily)
3. rest
4. if all else fails, go to a doctor or physical therapist to get a proper exercise regiment.- thanks lvi.********

im not in this coz i dont have one of them sensor thinggys but i did a nice five miler in the pitch dark tonight on quiet roads with a great full moon and some dog started chasing me then i shouted at him then i tried to take off my hat and my head torch fell off and broke then i had to try put it back together in the dark and try not get my ass bitten by the dog, i really must get a sensor and join in the running fun.

Well well well...
So I have not ran for an entire week coz I got bored of running.
And today, I ran again coz I had some free time and did my longest run ever (16.3km), did my best 5k (24:40) and my best 10k (48:35).And well... congrats to lvl_13. I got so uninspired about a week ago and now it's way too late to even attempt to catch up.
