One time when I stayed across town, a guy came into my house when I was in bed so I fucking kicked hiss ass and chucked him down the stairs, I then chased him for a bit. I was completely naked at the time.

In a lot of European countries you go to jail if you hurt a burglar. Actually, they could sue you. If you had any martial art training, ie some judo in school, it could be treated as a weapon, playing further against you in court. It is absurd.

I think the kid would do anything NOT to have killed the guy. For the rest of his life he's going to be messed up he killed someone. it's not like he got sent to war, or lost control of a car, he made a concious decision. think of the blood from a sword slicing killing, kid would have got covered, the garage would have been flooded.
bet he's sat in a cop shop with his family, head in hands in the biggest nightmare of his life. lose lose.
