I'm working on a website project that has to be completed really fast. Here is the layout that I have completed so far:
I do need some help with it though. The center button of the navigation "How We Work" is going to be the highlighted MouseOver, and I'm wondering what would be the best way to create a navigation menu like this? CSS, Javascript or Flash? If anyone knows of somewhere I can get some code to do this I would really appreciate the help.

get rid of the huge space between Central Law Group and actual content. Even if there's supposed to be a pretty picture later.

The space is there because I'm going to create a Flash banner under that section.
Some day I'll post a design on QBN that you guys will like :) You watch!
What is so wrong here? I'm not being a smart ass either. I consider QBN a great place where I can learn from those who are much better than me.
Thanks for the comments so far...
@set: I'm not going anywhere. I like it here....

i could show you a law firm website i once did, but today i have learned not to post ANY sensitive information on here.
- hubb7designs0
@Coffeemaker: Do you mean sensitive information because it's a Law firm site? Or because people like to bash on QBN?
I honestly don't mind the bashings, like I said... one day QBN will be happy with my work.
- u hav gud attidude, ceiling cat blessis uceiling_cat
- I highly doubt that.jimbojones
- I have to appreciate that!hubb7designs
- Sounds like a challenge Mr. Jimbo.hubb7designs

please, please do the internet a favour and make no flash banners
- Why? No good? It wasn't going to be anything crazy. Just four images with buttons to navigate between the four images.hubb7designs
- think for a split of a second as a user, do you want to click through cheap stock images if you want INFORMATION?!jimbojones

Please explain this to me:
WHY WOULD YOU USE DROP SHADOW FOR BLACK/DARK GRAY COPY ON A WHITE BACKGROUND???????
- Is that a big NO NO? This client doesn't have a logo yet, so I just put something on there.
P.S.- there's no reason to SHOUT! :)hubb7designs - Take a second look and tell me if you see anything wrong with it...OSFA

I meant, that one day I'll be able to design something that the professionals on QBN will enjoy.
I think that QBN users demand standards, and everyone here sets the bar pretty high. I'll always acknowledge that I have a lot of learning to do. But I'll get there.
