Check out the new site for BLITZ, an interactive agency in LA. Highlights include the "BLITZ in 59 Seconds" video and loads of portfolio and case study content.

This is an intense website.

@acrossthesea: lately it's been really busy, which is good considering the state of the economy. The work is challenging, but it's always for cool brands and the people are amazing. As a creative, it's nice to always know that your developers are all rock-stars who can make nearly anything come to life.

Thanks for the insight. Seems like a really cool place and I was wondering when the new site was going to be rolled out. It seemed like the labs blog had been dead for a few months so it's good to see some new work. Were you involved in the new site design?

- I wish. We're on the westside, but since we're very LA-centric in our agency culture, we wanted something iconic of the city.cascadingStyleFish

I guess this is what the client meant when he asked for 'wow factor'

nice work on the corpse bride site.

@jamble: thanks for the note on FX. I guess we're technically still in public beta, which in some small way might excuse any missing content, but let's face it, going live is going live. Thanks for the callout, we'll get it fixed.

@acrossthesea: posts on our old labs site has been slow mainly because we've been so busy. Trust me, there's lots of new work that we have yet to blog about.
The design was mainly done by Paul Hikiji with creative direction from Ken Martin, our CCO. At various points, everyone in the creative department was contributing assets, animation, and general design support.

I was hoping this was a reunion announcement for the band, Blitz. Very sad panda.
