Random question:
I see a lot of guys with girlfriends (especially at parties and clubs, and bars) who are just not wife material. I say to myself "Dude, that girl is only about havin a good time, and is only gonna cause you grief."Do you think these types of girls get their shit together as they get older, find the right guy, etc... or are they just always gonna be trouble?

ive known a bunch of of 'refomed party girls'. They realize in their mid 20s or so that they spikey haired club dudes arent really that quality, and want 'daddy material'.
I dated one for a while. I think she thought that if she talked about marriage and kids enough, she would start becoming wife material. And while she was fun her history and old habits drove me crazy. Had to cut her free.
As they say, you cant make a ho a housewife.

Girls that don't have their shit together by their mid.late twenties will never get their shit together. I realized this last year when I went to this "reunion" of an old club I used to go to. All the chicks that were flaky, stuck up, and clueless in 1990 were now still flaky, stuck up and clueless except they were now pushing forty and were bitter, wrinkly and single. They were equally annoying to talk to now as they were then, yet still thought they were shit hot. They weren't then and they certainly aren't now. They still consider "drama" as life. They are harpies at any age one should well steer clear of.

Speaking as someone who used to drink his face off in college, people can and do change dramatically. But that's pretty rare. Chances are, if you meet a woman in her late 20s/early 30s who's still partying hard, then the chances of her becoming "wife material" are rather slim. It seems the longer the lifestyle persists, the harder it becomes for people to change.
