There are way too many paper companies and types to make an educated guess based on the image you've posted. The snarky responses here are in response to what at first glance seems laughably obvious to everyone – that is, that it's impossible to tell what stock we're looking at from a jpeg. Especially one as tiny as the one you've linked here that doesn't show paper grain or any identifying watermarks. Mostly, paper is a thing you need to see/feel in person to identify. When selecting a paper stock it's best to take several factors into consideration, which I won't go into.
