I haven't had issues with it until the last two nights. The last two nights have been near unbearable.
I would have a guy in my crosses, be firing, and then in the replay it looked like I only noticed him when I was dead already. Didn't help that I was playing against campers, so every corner I rounded I was picked before I could even aim.

I've been having that problem! I've been screaming "WTF!!" at 3am! Numerous times I have seen a guy, started pelting him in the upper chest and head, only for him to shoot me and kill me instantly. Then the replay comes up and I haven't even fired a shot!

How about when you've run behind a wall to avoid fire, that is far to thick for bullet penetration, and still wind up dead.
Check the replay, and see that you didn't even make it behind it.

Had that too, many many times I duck behind a wall out of sight only to die, then check the replay and see myself mincing around in the open.

The game plays like Halo now, they removed the recoil and sway from the weapons so now it's a matter of who pulls the trigger first to get the kill. It takes no skill anymore. The maps are all too much like mazes with multiple entrances and windows to every room. I'm already getting bored with it. And I swear there's some kind of aircraft firing at you every 5 seconds, your battling the killstreaks more than your opponents. The first game was better this one feels dumbed down for the Halo crowd. Sticky grenades??? IW dropped the ball.

If one of you out there is called divine_fist with dual shotguns that had a personal vendetta against me last night I am making it my personal mission to hunt you down and skin you. Was it necessary to kill me 5 times in a row then hit me with a missile?

The riot shield/throwing knife combo is a blast to play with. Last night I went 25/10 with it, which is not that great, but the fun factor makes up for the score. I'd let people unload a clip on me, then while they're reloading, take them out with the throwing knife. It's funny to see how confused and scared people get when they see you running at them with the shield, some would just turn around and try to run away. This is the loadout I was using:
Riot shield
Raffica
Throwing knife
2 x Flashbangs
Scavenger
Lightweight
commandoScavenger and Commando work really well with it, as Scavenger lets you pick up a new knives off dead bodies and Commando increases the shield melee range in case you miss with the knife.

Yeah, I think the real issue, which desperately needed to be addressed with this game isnt' the latency or gameplay; it's the outright blatant cheating of some players.
Watching guys shoot a FAL like a p90, no recoil on any of their weapons, when they swing around instantaneously and headshot you from the hip with their LMG's, are clairvoyant in knowing when to shoot when you come around a corner... the list goes on. But it becomes painfully obvious when someone is cheating and unfortunately seems that Infinity Ward couldn't figure out how to manage this.

Yeah, they are out there. But believe it or not there are people out there who are just that good. I work with a couple of those type of guys and have watched them play. It's like their brain is jacked into some computer, it's not human.

First game last night I got 47/7 and that took me from 1.91 KR to 1.98
Next game I was getting 2/4 and got a phone call, so I left the game, I checked at the barracks and I was 1.90! WTF
Still happy with my 37 streak tho ;)

There's another bug being abused right now, there's a way to run around with the javelin loaded after doing a combination of smoke grenade and switching to the javelin, well, if you die the missile fires and kills everyone in your radius.
Infinity Ward already said it's going to get fixed in the next update.
