Anyone in the U.S join? If so what is the health insurance costing you?
- chuparosa0
I'm a member and I have health insurance with them. There's different levels of coverage so the cost varies. It's group insurance and basically Blue Cross/Blue Shield. I would recommend it.

I joined, high deductible ($10,000) is something like $125/mo. Covers catastrophic illness or what have you. If you don't go to the doc much it's a good safety net. If you get cancer or something terrible your family won't be in debt for life.

Does Canada have anything similar to this?

yeah. my health/dental is about $315/month.
it is pretty good coverage, I have no complaints with it so far.

it isnt a labor union, although they might argue that.
it is really just a way to offer a group insurance plan to a bunch of us freelancers.
