Seriously, though, I work a 40hr/wk job, salary of course, and I go in 2-3 extra nights for a total of 18 extra hours a week. And this weekend is the 4th week of working the weekend. So I haven't had a day off since May 16th. Thankfully, our project's end is in sight. Plus I have my freelance "in my free fucking time" work, with one job under way, another slated for July 1, and yet another for Sept. 1. With a wife and year-and-a-half old son, it makes for a very tired me. So, yeah, I know how you feel. No balance whatsoever in my life right now. Thankfully, the mere thought of my son puts a smile on my face and directs my mind to a happy place.
Yaaaawwwwwwwn!

If you meet the right one, you will make time. Saying you don't have time for a non-existent person is a little self-fulfilling.

seriously though, if work and gym takes priority over your GF, then that's fine... just accept that you're not the "coupling" type and maybe just meant to be single.
or you haven't met the right person, yet.

maybe you need a boyfriend... you never know it might just be the thing you need...

Yeah, I think it's that I just haven't met the right person yet.

You gotta find a girl that will do more of the shit you need done and take some of the load off you.

I could probably find the time for a girlfriend, but I'm not sure how my wife would be happy with that...
I'll be here all week, thanks.

at the end its ok... you can spend all the time making money and she can spend all her time spending all your money... perfect relationship... i guess you really haven't found the right one

"what I need to do professionally" is set by you and maybe your unreasonable boss. I hope if you are that busy, you are at least making $300,000 / yr.
If your priority is money and "success", you'll need to work a ton and might not be so happy and if your priority is a gf / family / life, then maybe you need to stick to 8 hr days and weekends free.
work to live or live to work?
