you're a little harsh with the tone of your message, mranon6. but i do tend to agree with you. as someone who would want to see overall composition, use of color, grid structure and attention to detail, taking these kinds of pictures don't help you.
with these kind of "clean sites" your work should want to POP off the page to counteract the cleanliness of your design.

I have a mix of real screen shots with normal screen shots!
I think its adds a - on screen look to everything and I wouldn't get to worked up about it cowboy, its just a couple photos.
