Nah - I only 'stare' if I feel I'm sincerely attracted to someone.
I can't help empathising with women on the street, being leered at by every jackassed male that comes by. God knows what that does to women's mental vistas.

don't stare it's rude, and if i catch someone staring at a portion of myself i make them feel extremely uncomfortable. you should be able to control yourself or at least be sneaky enough to where you don't get caught.
