Its all a joke anyway, There isnt a medical reason for you to smoke pot. Just like there isnt a medical reason for you to pop xanax after a night of cocaine and cheap woman. You should be able to smoke it cause you want to.
I've never been rolling down the street and said "Hollyshit let me hide my wallet....look at those pot heads!"
It will be legal, "they" just have to make a little more money of it being criminal.

Common "medical conditions" for getting a legal cannabis club card:
• Chronic lower back pain
• Sleep depravation
• Chronic social anxiety
• Vertigo (hard to disprove)The only drawback, in my opinion, is being added to the Fed's database of names for people with cards/MM access.

even the feds having your name in a database of pot users isn't anything to worry about. what are they gonna do, bust down your door and take your stash and your favorite bong? give you a $100 fine for possession?
the only reason you'd have to worry is if you had "intent to distribute"

No, but if someone had ever fathomed doing any sort of government work, and was on these lists, kiss it goodbye.
That includes working for an agency which does government contracting, as these clients will always require proper documentation of all employees' employability, which could leave you without a job in some cases. It's not always doing websites or branding for the Department of Transportation either. Higher education institutions are one more relevant example, I guess.

yeah that's why I never applied for one, I don't want the gov't to have my name on a list of a bunch of stoners.
I have chronic Back pain, luckily I have good insurance and I just go to the Dr and he hooks me up with muscle relaxers and percocets.
