No, but if someone had ever fathomed doing any sort of government work, and was on these lists, kiss it goodbye.
That includes working for an agency which does government contracting, as these clients will always require proper documentation of all employees' employability, which could leave you without a job in some cases. It's not always doing websites or branding for the Department of Transportation either. Higher education institutions are one more relevant example, I guess.

- ...and i'm not so sure they could deny you a job over something a doctor recommended you do... sounds like a lawsuit to mescarabin
