I need to create a logo for a firm that designs and builds very fancy modern homes. I'm looking for a font with straight lines, sharp edges and a lot of style. It cant be too thin as the logo graphic will overpower the text + problems printing at small sizes...
Any suggestions are very much appreciated. ( yes I have been looking at various sites and my extensive font library, but In my experience I have found that it always helps to use the collective knowledge of a large internet blog )

I sometimes go to a fonts site and type in the company name and render out lots of font choices.
http://www.linotype.com has this functionality. I think most font stores do.
