it it's pot then you need a few weeks / month or more (depending on how much body fat you have) for it to leave your system. it stores in the fat tissue and takes a while to leach out.

Don't do what my friend did and let the top come off the container holding your friend's pee whilst you're sitting down on a metal table in a hospital gown, with the nurse sitting opposite you.
I would pay crazy money to go back and record that somehow.

just get one of those drinks that flushes the system. available at yur local head-shop. that what i used, and passed. notified about test on thursday, test on monday. drank lots of cranberry juice (nearly the whole jug) over the weekend, and on day of test lots of water. be sure to pee a few times before the actual test, or your urine will be a suspicious color (but still passable). good luck!

in the US some insurance companies are pushing for the testing which is why some creative agencies do it as they really have no choice. it gives the insurance companies an out or at least an excuse to lift the premium by calling the business needing insurance a risky rating. it blows and thanks to the current meltdown will probably get worse as insurance companies try to cover their collective ringholes.
