Also looks like a recruiting company for a digger drivers trying to jazz up their roadworks CV?
What's the font? That looks nice, use nice typography instead of pics and line it all up nice and you should have a winner.
The front page should reflect whether you're there to create a name or buy one. A big large option and different sign in/up areas.
...again though, what the fuck do I know?

The bottom line is that it doesn't feel inviting for proper creatives... I think the client has the opportunity to do something less 'out of the box' here to actually engage good content/creatives...
The design/structure itself isn't that bad, but I'd lean towards a more stoic approach, less of the moment...
As for the stock images, I'd probably drop them and if you need something, pitch them on doing a relatively cheap photoshoot based on real people that would or have used the service... Just something other than typical stock imagery... Even just type would work, considering in essence it is all about text...
