Calcium in cheese is not absorbed into the bones anywhere near as efficiently as it is from fresh milk. That's why it balls up in your kidneys instead, causing you chronic stones that you have to get out of your willy. YOU HAVE TO GET THE TONES OUT YOUR WILLY.
