the light weight looks like you could create it in 10 minutes with illustrator. not really impressed.

Looks very nice but not versatile enough for that kind of cash.
Look how many well designed typefaces we as designers have to work with these days. My god, and they just keep kicking them out, like, every month I want to buy a new typeface that i might use once in a real project. Ridiculous.

It's a great typeface, very versatile, the price is ok, don't forget it's a pro font and Parachute always do their homework regarding character set and features very well.
If someone wants to create it in Illy, go ahead, show em what you got! Sell it for $12 and become a millionaire in two months!

Yeah, I'm liking Encore better than Galaxie Polaris.
I think it is the slightly more condensed feel that creates a slightly squarer look to the letters such as o and e.
