Yeah I think SF is great... in some ways... so maybe it's kind of great.
But I get the feeling that it's a town of transplants. It's also hella expensive if you excuse the horrible pun that I'm embarrassed I even made.
I love visiting every year or 2 to get my fix of the city, but I don't think it's for me. The one thing I will definitely say though is that there's no place like it in the world.
The general area is great. Great parks, nature, and good views all around.
