no lukus, it says they first wanted to use the concept as a network ID, then was considered for a college football spot but the college football timeline was too short.
they only later fitted the idea to nascar...

the only thing "underground" about Nascar is are the motor oil soaked orgies the fans have in Motel 6 bedrooms thecnight before a race. They should be locked up. Otherwise, turning left, as they say, is not a sport.

This was much more exciting than watching an actual race. Mind you, I think even a 10second nascar race would be 8 seconds too long.

Same concept, only the FOX spot has no reason to being executed the same way other than it looking good.

yep, the spanish underground one works way better. and it's actually conceptually related to what it's selling.
the nascar thing is pointless and poorly realised.

i think the spot is such a bite on the Madrid "transparente" spot. that is really lame.

As much as it is not a sport I bet it is tough as hell to drive at 200mph 3 inches away from the bumper of another guy going 200mph.

I like a couple of bits of this but on the whole I don't really like it, one bit which I was particularly put off by was the nuts falling towards the camera, somehow the nuts couldn't hover but the cars and people and everything else could.
Brilliant 3D and everything just not very appealing to me to be honest.
