dont't look at online printers...

Depends how good you want the quality to be — GFSmith (http://www.gfsmith.com/) can make business card envelopes to order, but you'd need to sort out printing etc.

yeah, this kind of job I don't think you want to do w an online printer, you need someone in your area that you can go visit in person, or you are risking the entire outcome of the project.
if it was something simpler, I would go online just so save some bucks, but I doubt this is the case.

I must ask, why do you need a sleeve for your cards? Seems a bit wasteful / superfluous to me (and this coming from the guy who still likes thick business cards and crazy printing techniques...)

only good example I've seen is that one that makes the image move when you move it out of the sleeve.
don't be wasteful!

Thanks all, is for a client who has way too much copy on the card and he does a bit of live radio for the BBC. So thought id make the sleeve into a kind of illustration flyer and keep the card simpler ..
Will visit printers tomoro and see what i can find.
If anyone else has used some reliable printers in east london who would be able to do this well.. let me know!
- if there's too much copy why aren't you telling your client this? was the sleeve his idea?doesnotexist
- could make it record (vinyl) likejaylarson

Since the client is a radio dj he has a few bbc links as well as his personal site and a number of other contacts AIM, bbc e-mail, personal e-mail, facebook...
Never have much luck with the printers i met today so looks like i'll be going with just the card and no sleeve min copy.

any printer should be able to do, just a matter of whether you can find someone with a stock diecut, or if you wanna pay for a custom die template to be created... which i'm guessing is too spendy for a radio dj.
maybe look for printers that specialize in custom envelopes.

random google find... something like these would work (less teh lines) if you can simplify your art for inkjet or maybe rubber stamp:
