serif over sans = trustworthy history
- kgvs720
Bottom one seems easier to read.
- mg330
Do not mix serif with sans-serif on something like this.
- also thisjevad

ok, constructive stuff:
- looks completely generic
- will you print the paper brown or whatever colour that is, I think not
- AYALA is a damn unfortunate word to kern, spend a few more time with that
- kern LA pairs carefully
- reduce tracking
- do you have to go all caps?
- moamoa0
second one.
the tagline is not working...
kerning?
2 such different kerned textes are not working together.are you making this in photoshop?

use strong type..something looks off here.
- hardface_000
thanks! I'm just starting to try a direction... requiem, versailles or mr eaves I like to serif way...

Go for Sans. Really, noone expects it. Bottom one would work. I'd also look for an interesting ampersand (serif & + locator rest), this one is pretty boring. It's all in the way you mix it
- sans would not give the right tone for this kind of business.jevad
- think outside the boxjimbojones
- better yet, make it look like a tech logo!doesnotexist
- You are talking out of your arse jimbojevad

if you go serif, use the italic version of the ampersand only

the contrast in the whole presenation is to meak. theese are lawayers we are talking about. you cant have something in mellow brown 75% opacity =)
as far as the logo itself goes it seems fine

2nd but change the sans serif. And reduce the tracking and neaten up the kerning.

- don“t use a +, Salazar could be mad about it.moamoa

work out the design using black text on a white background. you need to concentrate on the form.

I like 1st one, but not it's bottom-font/treatment.
I like the 3rd one, but not it's bottom-font/treatment.
In both cases, the bottom font gets somewhat lost.
- jimbojones0
Use upright for the names, you can try Italics for the tagline though. Also, the tracking is now too tight (above) and az pair looks awful.
- what option?hardface_00
- tight tracking can only be above, no? ;)jimbojones
