the sub text in each of them is a bit nasty, tbh. Of the three, I'd go with the middle one, but it feels like it needs a little more love and a little more..

- looks completely generic
- will you print the paper brown or whatever colour that is, I think not
- AYALA is a damn unfortunate word to kern, spend a few more time with that
- kern LA pairs carefully
- reduce tracking

Go for Sans. Really, noone expects it. Bottom one would work. I'd also look for an interesting ampersand (serif & + locator rest), this one is pretty boring. It's all in the way you mix it

the contrast in the whole presenation is to meak. theese are lawayers we are talking about. you cant have something in mellow brown 75% opacity =)

work out the design using black text on a white background. you need to concentrate on the form.

I like 1st one, but not it's bottom-font/treatment.

In both cases, the bottom font gets somewhat lost.

Use upright for the names, you can try Italics for the tagline though. Also, the tracking is now too tight (above) and az pair looks awful.
