But time/trends also plays quite a big role as well, right? (whether we'd like to admit it or not).
I mean, I could show some sweet techy-roboty-45 degrees type stuff, that I thought was sweet in '98. And it was. But if I'd bust that shit out now, we'd all laugh our asses off.
There are always 'the classics'... I know. But just a few years ago, you rarely saw any elegant serif typefaces in modern graphic design. Now it's everywhere.

i think it's like food, you have your own favourites and style, but serve it differently for different clients and cases.
