so i just spoke to the recruiter and all seems well. he did in fact tell them the story so all is good and i'm really hoping to hear back from the agency. thanks again for all your advice. i was really beating myself up over it and before everything got cleared up you all made me feel a lot better about the situation. so keep your fingers and toes crossed for me!
