don't do flames. they are cheesy and over done. every small town douche bag in middle america has blue flames stemming from their wrist.

Every time I tell someone I've just met that I'm an artist/painter, they ask me to design a tattoo for them for free. What the fuck? Why do people feel like they can make a request like that?
I get it a lot with websites too. I really think people just have no idea how much thought and hard work goes into this stuff.

most tattooist ARE artists/painters... designing a tattoo is as simple as making a template for a tattooist to trace.
so it's not much of a stretch at all that someone may pay you the compliment of asking for your art on their body for life. you should be so lucky... so don't get your panties in a ruffle the next time you're asked.
