The pen tool. By and far. It's sooooo accurate when you learn how to use it properly in conjunction with the cmd/opt/shift keys. LOVE PHOTOSHOP!

the magic wand? really? it's one of my least favourite, only used when i need some fast and dirty work done before deciding to do it right...with the pen tool.
