God, I'd love a gun.

I have a glock 19 but don't really keep it loaded at home with any intention of defending myself with it. If you really need a weapon to defend yourself a shot gun is probably your best bet.
If someone comes in and finds that pointed at them you might not even have to pull the trigger as anyone would proceed to shit all over themselves.
a saw'd off + buckshot + your horrible aim = you will kill anything
remotely in front of you.
guns are bad. don't buy a gun.
