I had a broken catch on my PowerBook 12". when I got it back after repair, the TFT display had come loose and dropped down about 5mm, also moved freely somewhat. I took it back and explained that it wasn't doing it before it was "repaired" and they told me I must have dropped it or tampered with it, theres no way it come move freely because its screwed into place. Even after showing them that you can move it!
Apple is truly overrated.

I have a MBP (year old), I wish I bought a PC... and I will in the next 6 months. Apple worked when it was a tiny amount of the population. Now that they are scaling, they can't seem to manage it. It's really getting to be style over substance for me...
