the top of the B looks a bit heavy.. too much neg space
i know you're going so subtle symmetry and you have recessed the top slightly - but it could do with a little bit morealso 2nd M (with 1st M as an alt.)
also. ive seen 5stimuli's other fonts.. i'm sure you guys can push it a bit more than that. it does look nice - but i have a hundre other fonts that i can use that look uncannily like that :(
still.. nice work though

i think the S is ok too. nothing stands out immediately.
i would like to see an alt for the G that didn't have the intersection of the right angle. more like a gotham G

Thanks for the crits guys. We've had some problems (S and G in particular) but we think it's coming along nicely.
It's intended to be a versatile display face, three to five weights maybe. There'll be plenty of alternates, but we're still not sure about developing a lowercase (maybe keeping it all either uppercase or unicase). I think graphical elements and other styles (such as stencil, dots, etc.) would be a good idea to make it as useable as possible. Early days yet :)

Nice job you guys have done there!

nice work. its a fresh take on sackers that i would use for sure.

woamoa, i need to test it. i just love it!

#2. It seems to fit better with the rest of the letters, which reminded of an extended Gotham or a slightly condensed Sackers. I know this is optics, but when the crotch of the M is on the baseline it makes the whole letter look narrower.
I agree with max_prophet re: the down-stem of the G. It seems like a superfluous detail. I've said all along that you'd benefit from a simpler G a la Gotham.
I agree with Jay, the S is looking better but could be ironed out a bit right where it curves downward. Have you tried flattening the beginning of the curve a touch?
Strong work guys.

How about lower case? Some of us still use the little guys

You're right, Jay—I do feel a bit better. I needed something to set my brain on a different track, I just presented a style guide this afternoon and I'm fried. Lovely days when a glorified secretary critiques one's design decisions.

Nice suggestions everyone, thanks :)

will there also be a light variation? or only this bold one for now?

- I'd really like to see a Hairline and an Ultra Black version, as long as it doesn't 'cheapen' the face.5timuli
- Ultra Black hehe I can´t imagine that right now. ;)moamoa

THAT LOOKS GREAT.

as you know, I've been a fan of this idea from day one, and it's looking great. I agree with providing both Ms, especially as I suspect one of the reasons for developing this was a dissatisfaction with Gotham's M
- I'll buy it, esp if reasonably priced!magnificent_ruin
- your memory works well ;) thanksmoamoa

I prefer the grounded M

only lowercase, numbers, and other 123899898 characters remain

yeah, do as the AG Schoolbook. Do both!
Make it OpenType. Go wild, go crazy!
I'll test it for you. If I receive it for free. :D

Also make a G without the stem.
