Mug Rip Off?

I was searching around for this Helvetica mug, and found a copy on Cafe Press:

The Veer version is better, but I'm curious if the person who put that on cafe press can get away with it. The words aren't copyrighted I assume, but the style and overall approach is exactly the same.
Thoughts? Do I need more coffee too?

Yes you need more coffee and get the Veer one. The kerning on the cafe press one sucks.

Loads of people rip designs off and try to sell them on CafePress. CafePress usually finds out and removes.

bold sometimes refers to a dark roast, though i'm not sure if that's a recognized term, or something that starbucks created?
if you ask for a light coffee, you'll get a light roast, which typically has more caffeine per ounce than a dark roast, or "bold" coffee.
regular coffee normally refers to a house blend, which falls somewhere in between.
