because I have no fucking clue what it costs to create one book.
and lets say we make it limited edition (300/500/... also no clue how we can sell it) / Coverage via EC and Surfstation could help ofcourse... but for now, drop me an email and we'll see how it goes.

that's great. i am sure this will be a great project if everybody lend a helping hand, i did self-publishing before, i would like to share some common issues
1. editor, control and collect content, keeping deadline
2. finance controller, who will pay upfront, shipping cost,
3. book designer
4. web designer
5. logistic, who and where to keep all the books before dispatch
6. bookeeper, who keep the money when comes in, how to share the cost and profit if any
7. adminstration, who run the show in daily operation
8. legal contract and copyright
9. copywriter
10. isbn
all these basic questions need to be discussed before everyone jump on board
