Current site is a bit shit, so I built a new one.
Feedback would be good. And if you find any bugs, typos etc...
Cheers

nice, would be even nicer if made only in xhtml and css; I don't see nothing advanced that requires flash; anyway, pure and simple so nice :)

great design and work! But might be a bit confusing as to how to get back to the menu area. I just clicked the logo, but some might not get it.
- didn't catch the little note on the left side of the site. dunno if it's that obvious...********

nice. clean.
reminds me of bigspaceship though...

I would prefer it in HTML too, especially so I can FFFFound your images, but fine, be that way.
- :P
I saw your site before and thought it was quite lovely.Jaline - The flash scrolling bothers me.Jaline
- i thought it was pretty cool. feels smooth.********
- you can use the back button too. nicelandock
- ooo...nice back buttonJaline
- Regarding my first note: nevermind. I am thinking of your current design, which has the same colour scheme.Jaline

wtf. I just clicked on your "personal poster" and can't go back. No back button, not indication anywhere of how I can go back... Not everybody will just go ahead and click on the logo.
Also, kinda sucks I can only see segments of a piece of work at a time.
- use the browser back button********
- but why? It's too much mouse action. a back button is expected so it does kinda freezes you there a lil.VectorMasked
- Yeah, it's cool! But I guess "expert" users will know about the back button +flash sites and may not think to use it.Jaline
- use the browser back button

i would also just force browser scrolling instead of a flash scrollbar

Ace!

ok, so a back button would probably be a good idea.
you should be able to use back on the browser as well as clicking on the logo.

it´s perfect.
If you care, add Next/Prev-links so users can browse horizontally through the projects w/o returning to the overview. also "back to overview" would be neat.
personally I appreciate the usual basic information on the studio/individual, but that´s not a must at all.

haha, you put that "No Talent Cunt" logo in there.
- it's my favourite. i just need to find a use for it.********
- that logo always cracks me upComplexfruit

^ like an "about" text with a basic profile in under 7 sentences. something like that.
- like, if socket is a collective or are single person. isn´t clear right now.********

Dope, real dope. Worthy of an EC imo. QBN?

Nice site, I like it. Just one suggestion would be having a back link to the work list/front page. I know you can use the back browser button, and the logo, but it seems like it needs a back link as well. Good stuff skt.

Should it be "LA-based"?
Is it just me, or is the bottom of the circle in your logo a little flat?
If it was mine, I'd make the scrollbar a little less fiddly to use - I get why you wouldn't want to thicken it, but might you be able to employ some kind of wider event catchment area, or a 'on rollover, display wider click bar' kind of thing?
I like the unfussy design. 3 thumbs up. Nice work.
- scrollwheel on mouse?********
- On this laptop?Nairn
- Yeah, you're right about the circle. It's a bit flat on the top and bottom, but not that noticeable.Jaline
- i am LA based nairn.********
- yeah, flash is failing to render it properly. i have no idea why, might try a mask that doesn't scale.********
- Yes, I appreciate that, skt - I meant, "should it not contain a hyphen?"Nairn
- ah, sorry nairn, is that the correct english for it then?********
- I'm not sure - it's the way I'd do it, but then I'm not sure how 'korrekt' it is with abbreviations.Nairn
- I think Nairn is correct.Jaline
- scrollwheel on mouse?

nice work as usual, you hoooor
- turk_1820
Yes.
Mai only qualm - kill the scrolling and have prev/next buttons to move the images one by one... scrolling can become cumbersome (it's nice and smooth though... but perhaps it scrolls 'too much stuff').
Fine... FINE work though. :)
... perhaps make the images clickable so they launch as jpg's in browser... just so Jaline can FFFouty them.

I dig the scrolling. You can browse through multiple objects a lot faster than prev/next. also less clicks that way.

Slick! Love it
