in 2001 or so there was an interview with joshua davis where they (i think it was design is kinky - not sure) asked him about his favourite inspirational websites. he answered "i don't surf the web." that sort of impressed me.

A true pioneer in this industry. He and his studio/work have been inspiration to thousands, maybe millions of young designers. i kinda think this guy knows what he's talking about, even if he isn't the prophet of the interneb he may have once been.
But there is certainly truth to the fact that the dbags are far from being paying clients. Too bad sometimes those same dbags could cost people clients and work through the magic of search engines and random design message board postings.
