DEBT RECOVERY AGENCY IN NYC

Hey guys I have a client that owes us a fair bit of money. We are based in Sydney and they are based in NYC....their business is slowly falling apart...however they are still trading as a public company. they have 3 invoices 8 months overdue...I have written 10-20 emails...which I never get a response from. I have caught the CEO on the phone a couple of times...and he just tries to keep ensuring me for us to wait a little longer...however I got a feeling they will be out of business with-in a couple of weeks...so I was hoping anyone in NYC can recommend a collection agency to help me take of the matter as its very difficult to chase these monkeys from Australia. Thanks in advanced.
