i put them in a folder called PHOTO and name each folder by the name of the subject of the pictures in it.... I really need to organize all that shit in a better way. I have so much pictures to arange and organize it would be a full time job for a month or two.

Lightroom's good but you need a pretty fast machine with heaps of ram.
